
Kathryn is a fully qualified and accredited therapist working with both young people and adults. She holds a BA in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, talking therapies, solution-focused and goal-oriented therapy, and trauma-informed therapy using EMDR with frontline workers.

Kathryn has over eight years of experience supporting children and young people in secondary school settings, working directly with parents, students, and multidisciplinary teams. She has experience supporting children experiencing emotionally based school avoidance, challenging behaviours, body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs), emetophobia, phobias and OCD.
Kathryn supports individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, and self-harm. She also has experience working with neurodivergent individuals and recognises the significant impact of social isolation and the complexities involved in navigating educational settings.
