Gina is a relational, integrative therapist holding a Diploma with Distinction from NHS Training Institute, Inter Psyche. She is a registered member of the BACP and works in accordance with its ethical framework. Gina works with adults aged 17+.

Drawing primarily from person-centred, psychodynamic and existential approaches, Gina believes that meaningful change emerges through understanding ourselves in relation to others. At the heart of her work is the therapeutic relationship: a collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences openly, deepen their self-understanding, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and those around them.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring patterns, disconnected from their own needs, or burdened by expectations that no longer feel true to who they are. Gina works with a wide range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, life transitions, and a growing sense that familiar ways of living or relating no longer fit. She is particularly interested in helping clients develop a stronger sense of self, recognise the patterns of relating that shape their lives, and move towards greater authenticity, agency and fulfilment.

Clients describe Gina as warm, calm and deeply attuned. She aims to offer a therapeutic relationship grounded in honesty, respect and understanding, where clients feel genuinely seen and supported in creating meaningful and lasting change.
